Up to 4 participants can join at beginner level, or up to 6 at intermediate, advanced or expert level. We limit group sizes to provide a better experience and personalized attention.

Yes. Since the lesson is private, your instructor adapts the exercises to each person. If the skill gap is very large, booking separate instructors will give you a better experience.

Your instructor contacts you via WhatsApp a few days before the lesson to finalize the time and exact meeting point in Nozawa Onsen.

Two to four weeks ahead. Bilingual instructors have very limited availability during high season.

You confirm your booking by paying 50% of the lesson price. This deposit is non-refundable for personal cancellations (it is refunded if the ski resort closes because of bad weather). You pay the remaining 50% directly to your instructor at the end of the lesson, using the payment method you arrange with them.

Children can start both skiing and snowboarding from ages 3-4, with an approach fully tailored to their safety and enjoyment. We recommend half-day lessons at this age.

Skiing is usually easier to pick up on the first day. Snowboarding takes a little more patience at first, but both are ideal to learn with a private instructor.
